Start of training at HEUEL – Welcome to the team
For many young people, 1 August marks the beginning of a new chapter in lives – and the same is true for us! We were delighted to welcome six new trainees to our company in Meinerzhagen and Drolshagen.
The new intake includes one trainee in the field of professional driving, four commercial trainees in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, and one trainee from Sauerlandgruss Reisen, who is completing her training as an office management assistant with us.
This group is just the beginning – on 1 September, more motivated young professionals will be joining us to start their careers.
Their decision to begin their training with us is a strong sign of their commitment, skills, and team spirit within the logistics industry.
The first day began with a warm welcome from Philip Sondermann, our department heads and one of our two managing directors, Stefan Heuel. The new trainees then took a tour of our company, gaining exciting insights into the various departments and processes. Of course, a photo shoot for our social media channels was also part of the day – because we are proud of our young talent and are happy to show it!
After the tour, the trainees were assigned to their respective departments, where they are now being gradually introduced to their tasks and responsibilities.
We are delighted to have them on board and wish them all a successful start, lots of fun learning and an exciting training period!
