We work exclusively on the basis of the General German Freight Forwarders' Terms and Conditions 2017 – ADSp 2017. Note: The ADSp 2017 deviate from the law in clause 23 with regard to the maximum liability amount for damage to goods (§ 431 HGB) by limiting liability for multimodal transport including sea transport and in cases where the place of damage is unknown to 2 SDR/kg and, in all other cases, the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/kg to an additional 1.25 million euro per claim and 2.5 million euro per loss event, but at least 2 SDR/kg.
