Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist

You receive goods, check and record deliveries, store them safely and in an environmentally friendly manner, or forward them on. Everything that leaves the warehouse also passes through your hands. Modern warehouse and communication technology helps you with this. You will learn how to operate it, for example how to control conveyor equipment and lifting vehicles, and how to use PC or barcode systems.

Today's warehouses are full of technology. After your 3-year training period, you will have a firm grasp of it all. You will organise the unloading of goods, plan their destination and storage in the company. Your job will also include planning routes, creating accompanying documents and putting together loading units. As well as optimising processes and much more. However, you should be physically fit for this.
